04Impact
From participation to impact.
Event metrics — participants, speakers, sponsors — measure nothing. These do. Every indicator carries a target, published before the Forum rather than assembled after it.
01The outputs
Four artefacts that outlive the room.
01The UAYDF Dubai Commitment 2026
Not a political declaration. A concise Youth Partnership Agenda drafted from Lab outputs and finalised in the closed session — participant-identified priorities, collaboration opportunities, proposed actions, institutional commitments and measurable targets. Signed on day three, published, renewed annually.
02UAYDF Fellows
A selected cohort from each annual intake carrying a twelve-month designation: alumni platform access, quarterly convenings, mentor pairing, opportunity board priority and inclusion in outcome tracking. Target for Edition One: 100 Fellows.
03The Impact Report 2027
Published against the scorecard and independently verified by an external reviewer. Self-reported impact carries little weight. Verified impact carries a great deal.
04The Commitment Ledger
A public tracker of every partner commitment made, with status at 90 days, 180 days and twelve months. Uncomfortable, and precisely why it is credible.
03The Dubai Commitment
Signed on day three. Published. Renewed annually.
Not a political declaration. A concise Youth Partnership Agenda drafted from Lab outputs and finalised in the closed session, then signed by institutional principals in the room.
