Emerging Leader
Founders, professionals, students, creatives, researchers and public-sector builders aged 22–35.
Start an applicationThe core cohort. 100–120 places, selected on demonstrated contribution rather than need. Every participant is assigned to a Collaboration Lab.
Commitment · Three days in Dubai, plus a twelve-month Fellows track for the selected cohort.

Speaker nomination
Practitioners with something specific to say, nominated by themselves or by others.
Nominate a speaker15–20 speakers and moderators, balanced across both regions. No panel exceeds four people. No speaker holds the room for more than twelve minutes uninterrupted.
Commitment · One session, prepared in advance against a named artefact.

Mentor
Senior operators, investors, founders, academics and public-sector leaders from either region.
Register as a mentorMentors are paired against declared need, not seniority. Pairings are tracked at 90 days and the activity rate is published.
Commitment · One Lab session, one mentorship block, and quarterly contact across twelve months.

Partner
Corporates, investors, foundations, government bodies and development organisations.
Open a partner conversationPartnership is framed by which problem you are helping solve, not by logo placement. Remaining inventory is published on the Partners page.
Commitment · Edition One activation, or a multi-year principal partnership across the platform.

Institutional collaboration
Universities, think tanks, youth organisations, accelerators and networks.
Propose a collaborationDelegations, research collaboration, evaluation partnership, curriculum links and joint programming across the platform year.
Commitment · Defined jointly. Most collaborations begin with a delegation or a research contribution.
